With MEIN GAISBERG you decide whether you are a self-caterer and use the cooking utensils every day or whether you want our head chef to spoil you good and proper with the best from our natural region. Here we have put together all our price details for you so that you can plan your vacation even better.

General price information
Our prices are per apartment and night for the specified number of people. All price details are exclusive of meals, end-of-stay cleaning and resort tax.
Resort tax
The resort tax of € 4.00 per person and night is not included in the total price and will be charged directly on site. Children and young people do not pay the resort tax up to the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15.
Cancellation conditions
- up to 30 days prior to arrival: FREE OF CHARGE
- from 30 days prior to arrival: 30% of the total price
- from 14 days prior to arrival: 70% of the total price
- from 7 days prior to arrival or early departure: 90% of the total price
- If you book via the website, we also offer cancellation insurance through Europäische Reiseversicherung.
- Cancellations may only be made in writing and we will also confirm them in writing.
- We only charge the cancellation fee if we are unable to re-let the canceled room.
Child discount & child equipment
- 0 to 2 years: FREE OF CHARGE
- 2 to 5 years: 40% discount
- 5 to 12 years: 20% discount
- Baby cot: € 5.00 per day
- High chair: can be rented against a deposit
Minimum stay & single occupancy
- There is a minimum stay of 3-7 nights, depending on the season, the apartments are not rented for shorter periods.
- Apartment GISI: € 15.00 surcharge for single use per day.
- Apartment LOTTI and PEPI: are not rented to single travelers - minimum occupancy: at least two full-paying guests.
Pets
Sorry, pets are not allowed in our apartments.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 pm
- Check-out: by 10:00 am at the latest
Late check-out
For a surcharge of € 15.00 per adult and € 10.00 per child, a late check-out is possible on request until 2:00 pm at the latest.
End-of-stay cleaning
For the end-of-stay cleaning of our apartments, we charge a fee of € 70.00 once per stay and per apartment.
Housekeeping
Our housekeeping service is available daily and free of charge on request.
WiFi
Our guests at MEIN GAISBERG enjoy free internet access via our WiFi hotspot. You will receive access data directly at check-in.
Bread delivery service
- You can place an order until 4:00 pm the day before.
- Freshly baked bread will be delivered to your apartment door from 7:00 am the next day.
- The price list with all details is ready in your apartment.
Laundry service
- Prices vary depending on the garment.
- We also charge a service fee of € 5.00 per laundry load.
- The price list for the laundry service is available in your apartment.
Shopping service
For the shopping service we charge the respective value of the goods and an additional service fee of € 5.00 per purchase.
Parking
- One free parking space is available for each apartment in our underground car park.
- Additional parking spaces can be booked on request (€ 15.00 per car and day).
